Exchanges and returns policy
If you would like an exchange or a refund you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your goods. Once confirmed, you have 15 days to ship the goods back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, with tag, unused, and unwashed.
All shipping costs associated with exchange or refund are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case of an error from our side (manufacturing defect, delivery error, or other).
Please email us at email@example.com with “Return Request (order number)” in the subject line, as well as stating the reason for your request. You will receive instructions shortly after.
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that the shipping fees are not refundable. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.
Think About it Twice
4KIDS offers returns and exchanges, but those processes come at a great cost for the environment, which goes against our mission to be a sustainable brand. So please think about it twice before asking for a return.
