Exchanges and returns policy

We don’t do refunds, but we offer an exchange or a credit note. The only exceptions accepted are : if a product is out of stock during the order processing, or if it has a manufacturing defect that we haven’t noticed. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer exchange only within 10 days after delivery. 

Unworn clothes must be returned in their original box and with the tag on it. You are responsible for paying shipping charges for returned items, except in the case of an error from us (manufacturing defect, delivery error...).
